So this is a new little series I’m going to try and keep updated. I will share links or recipes for as many of the meals as I can (some of these I just throw random stuff in a bowl and call it a day) but hopefully it gives some inspiration to simple meal ideas!

Coconut Flakes
blend the fruit mentioned (mango, kiwi, pineapple, strawberry) with about 10 oz of coconut water
Root Down, Apple Up salad from Tone It Up
Walnuts | Sweet Poatoe (same recipie from above) | Apple | Baby Kale
Chili Lime Shrimp (same as above)
Beans | Corn Tortillas | Lime Juice | Avocado | Cilantro
