Fact. It is possible for a city to become an ice rink. How you may ask? Well when it snows a foot and then warms up a bit over night, said snow then freezes as ice. Sunday I spent the afternoon maneuvering through a jigsaw puzzle known as center city Philly and Monday I had to look out for small patches of ice. Only a few more weeks until I am headed back to the sunshine and warmth in Arizona and it can’t come soon enough.
