Getting sick in a foreign country is the best way to test how much you feel at home and it seems that London could easily be my home. The week started out with a concert at the Barbican for my music class. It was interesting, but not totally to my liking – possibly because we had seats really far back and up high and I was rather tired. The following day was what I named my ‘quintessentially british’ day and it consisted of afternoon tea and a football game. I wrote a whole post about tea, but the football game was exciting although it was more of a ‘local’ game between Fulham and Bolton at Craven Cottage. Still a fun experience and a cool thing to see. The rest of week included homework, a Vance Joy concert (AMAZING) and then dealing with being sick (not amazing).
